• Mixing:

Magiclite Block Jointing Mortar should be mixed with clear potable water. Take almost 10 to 12 litre water for making mix of one bag (40 Kg). Add powder to water and mix until a uniform, lump free consistency is achieved

• Application:

The mix should be spread on the surface to a uniform thickness Of 2-3 mm. It is advised to moisten the blocks before laying.

• Precautions: 

Magiclite block jointing mortar contains non toxic material though care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medica advice.

• Packaging / Storage:

Magiclite block jointing mortar is available in two types (1) Thin Bed mortar for AAC Blocks. (2) Masonry Mortar for Bricks & CC Blocks, available in 40 kg Bag. It should be stored in cool and dry space.
